Jackie Hynes, Driving Dickinson County Jackie Hynes is the Events & Marketing Director for Driving Dickinson County. She works daily with local businesses on brand strategy, visibility, and community presence — and brings that ground-level perspective directly into the room. Jackie specializes in brand storytelling, community campaigns, and helping local businesses grow with intention.
